Soar into 2020 with Elemental Alchemist Rache Moore for a delicious Cacao Ceremony + Yoga Flow for clarity, vitality and manifestation.

This event is open to men and women. Our journey begins with a Cacao Ritual, working with the ancient Mayan medicine of Love to bring us to the doorway of our hearts, relaxing the muscles, stimulating our senses and bringing clarity to the mind.

To move the medicine through our beautiful bodies we will chant through our chakras then begin our Elemental Yoga Flow to an uplifting sound track. The practice will be gentle yet awakening and cleansing to get the rivers of life flowing through the body.

Our practice will soften into a sound healing savasana then we close our ceremony by setting intentions and envisaging our path for a balanced, energised and abundant 2020.

This will be an intimate gathering with limited spaces.
